How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. We deliver via Packeta (Z-Box or pickup point) and Slovak Post, or personal pickup in Bratislava is possible. After dispatch, delivery by the carrier usually takes 1 – 2 business days.
How do you verify card condition and authenticity?
We physically check every card and grade its condition on the standard collector scale. For sealed products, we verify that the original packaging is intact. Graded cards are sold in the original cases of reputable companies such as PSA, BGS, CGC or SGC. You'll find the details on the Authenticity & card condition page.
Can I return goods or file a complaint?
Yes. You may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For opened sealed products, please note that opening reduces their collectible value, you are responsible for that reduction, and the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly. Statutory liability applies to defects in the goods. You'll find the procedure in the Shipping & returns section and in the Complaints procedure.
How do preorders work and when do I pay?
With a preorder you reserve an upcoming product before it arrives in stock, with no payment in advance. Once it's in stock, we'll email you to make the payment and then dispatch the goods. More on the How preorders work page.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card online or by bank transfer; the payment details, including the variable symbol, come with your order confirmation. We dispatch goods once the payment is credited to our account.
