Delivery methods

- Personal pickup, in Bratislava by arrangement.
You'll see the specific delivery methods and their price at checkout in the cart; the price depends on the chosen carrier. For higher order values or during promotions, shipping may be free, and the current conditions are always shown in the cart.
Delivery times
We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days of the payment being credited to our account. After dispatch, delivery by the carrier usually takes 1 – 2 business days. We'll notify you by email about the dispatch and tracking of your shipment.
Withdrawal from the contract (returns within 14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. It's enough to notify us of the withdrawal by email at info@krakencards.eu before the deadline expires. Then send the goods back without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days.
Sealed products: opening the original/protective packaging generally reduces the collectible value of the goods significantly. You are responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods, and the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly. For this reason, please do not open sealed products if you intend to return them.
Return the goods undamaged, ideally in the original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. We'll refund the price of the returned goods at the latest within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used (unless we agree otherwise).
