Notice of the right to withdraw
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The deadline is met if you send the notice of withdrawal before it expires.
Notify us of your withdrawal with an unequivocal statement, for example by email at info@krakencards.eu or by sending the form below. Then send the goods back without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days, to PABART Collectibles, s. r. o., Hlavná 27, 900 41 Rovinka, Slovakia. You bear the cost of returning the goods.
We'll refund the price of the goods at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used (unless we agree otherwise). We may withhold the payment until the goods are returned or you prove they have been sent.
Reduction in value: you are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functionality. For sealed products, opening the original/protective packaging generally reduces their collectible value significantly, which may reduce the refunded amount accordingly.
