How preorders work

What a preorder is

A preorder is a reservation of a product that isn't in stock yet, typically upcoming sets and new releases before their official launch. With a preorder you secure an item from a limited quantity before it becomes available.

How it works

1. On the detail of a product marked as a preorder, click to preorder.
2. You create the preorder without paying in advance, reserving your spot.
3. Once the product is in stock, we'll email you to make the payment.
4. After the payment is credited, we dispatch the order just like a regular order.

Stock arrival date

We state the expected availability date on the product if it's known. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may shift; we'll inform you of any change.

Canceling a preorder

Since you don't pay in advance for a preorder, you can cancel it at any time until the payment request, just write to us at info@krakencards.eu. After payment and dispatch, the standard return and complaint conditions apply.
