• Billing data, or company data (IČO, DIČ, IČ DPH) when buying as a company.
• Data about orders, payments and communication with us.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Processing your order, performance of the contract.
• Accounting and tax obligations, compliance with legal obligations.
• Handling complaints, performance of the contract and legal obligations.
• Marketing / newsletter, only based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients of the data

We provide data only to the extent necessary to processors who help us with operations: shipping companies (Packeta, Slovak Post), payment service providers, accountant, IT and email service providers. We don't sell data to third parties.

5. Retention period

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose, for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax documents). We keep data processed based on consent until the consent is withdrawn.

As a data subject you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent. You can exercise a request at info@krakencards.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
